After you’ve submitted your Saudi Arabia eVisa application, you’ll probably want to know how it’s going. Here’s how you can quickly check your application status online:

Make sure you used the Saudi eVisa website to submit your Visa application. If you applied through a different website, embassy, or consulate, you won’t be able to track your status here.

For Multiple Applications

If you submitted more than one application, like for family members or a group, each application may be processed at a different speed. Be sure to check each one separately, since delivery dates and tracking details can vary.

Receiving Your Approved eVisa

Once your eVisa is approved, you’ll get it in a couple of ways:

• By email: The visa will be sent to the email address you used when you applied.
• Via WhatsApp: In case the mail was not delivered and failed due to technical issues. You’ll receive the order update on your registered WhatsApp number.

What Each Application Status Means

• Pending: Your application is in the system, but it’s not finished. This usually means you still need to provide a document, more information, or finish a payment. You can complete and submit your application from here: Complete Saudi Arabia Application Form.
• In Progress: You’ve submitted everything, and the team is reviewing & processing your application. If any document or information is required, the team will contact you.
• Success: Good News!Your visa is approved! Check your email/phone for the official document. If not received, please contact us.
• Cancelled: The application was cancelled—either by you or the support team.
• Rejected: Bad news!The authorities did not approve your visa application.
